Education Committee
There are three main objectives of the education committee. The first is advocacy for solutions related to areas impacting the education community in Uzbekistan viz. drafting white papers. The second is collaboration amongst education sector community members in terms of ideas/resources/networking. The third is an understanding of the talent gaps expressed by other American Chamber partners viz. action-based research and provide solutions to develop Uzbekistan’s talent.

Real Estate Committee
The Real Estate Committee is formed to support AmCham members in their real estate management as landlords, investors, and tenants; to create a professional network for expertise, insights, and experience sharing. Tax and Accounting Committee
The purpose of the creation and work of this Committee is to provide comprehensive support to members of AmCham on matters related to tax, currency, customs, and tax legislation. The main idea of the Committee is the creation of a working group of professional lawyers and auditors in order to resolve the issues and situations that arise in the business of companies-members of AmCham.

Human Resources Committee
HR Committee is a dynamic platform for sharing expertise on the strategic and operational aspects of people management, as well as contributing to the development of HR management in Uzbekistan. The Committee explores themes such as talent management, Cultural Engagement, Uncertainty Management, Inclusivity, Labor Law Updates, and Compensation & Benefits. The Committee contributes significantly to the future of the young generation of Uzbekistan by conducting HR schools and career orientation sessions at the top higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.

Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Committee
FMCG Committee is established to set a response to changing investment and regulatory landscape for companies producing and selling consumer goods (food, non-food, retailers).
